Refund Policy

Early bird registrants (before July 6): Full refund if cancelled within five days of registration.
Registrations received after July 6: Refund minus $100 deposit if cancelled before July 24.
No refunds given after July 24.

This is a rain or shine event. If Hawley Farms management cancels due to extreme weather, we will reschedule for another mutually agreed upon weekend.
